Job Description:

We are seeking a Facebook & Youtube Media Buyer to join our team and drive performance marketing efforts through paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and data-driven, with a proven track record of managing and scaling Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram & Youtube ad campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the most relevant demographics.
  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with Facebook Ads policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective ad spend while maximizing conversions.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Willing to train someone starting with zero experience but strong mathematical and data analytics skills. Ideally have some experience in an eCommerce, lead generation, or agency setting.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel tracking.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Creativity: Ability to craft engaging ad copy and work with designers to create high-converting creatives.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Google Analytics, third-party tracking tools, and automation platforms is a plus.
  • Budget Management: Experience handling ad budgets at scale and optimizing for cost efficiency.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and adapt to changes in the ad ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of funnel marketing, retargeting, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Previous experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or performance marketing agencies.
