With a proven track record in media buying, you excel at crafting strategies that drive conversions, maximize ROI, and align with business objectives. As a results-oriented professional, you handle the end-to-end lifecycle of media buying campaigns, from strategy development to execution and analysis. You are comfortable juggling multiple platforms and tools, ensuring every campaign you manage reaches its full potential while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

You’re creative and data-driven. Combining analytical prowess with a flair for innovation, you optimize campaigns through strategic adjustments and creative iterations. What You’ll Do
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and AdRoll to achieve client goals.
  • Strategize and implement effective budget management from the start, ensuring cost-efficient campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Collaborate on creative development, including ad copy, visuals, and messaging, to align with client objectives and audience insights.
  • Use tools like HubSpot and Go High Level to track performance, manage workflows, and ensure seamless client communication.
  • Analyze data from paid media campaigns, identify actionable insights, and implement strategies for continual improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align campaigns with overarching marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative techniques to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
  • Handle reporting, providing clear performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to management and clients.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with YouTube, TikTok, and or AdRoll advertising platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets effectively, delivering measurable results.
  • Strong skills in creative development, including ad copywriting and collaborating on visuals.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot and Go High Level is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • A passion for digital advertising, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
