STERRY Limited is a fast-growing growth marketing agency seeking a Facebook Ads Specialist to join our media buying team, working on Meta campaigns across international markets. This remote role requires ownership, proactive communication, and a hands-on approach to drive performance.

You will collaborate with video editors, designers, and landing page teams to test ideas, analyze results, and turn insights into scalable experiments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus — attitude and growth potential matter more.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on Meta ad campaign experience.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads metrics and campaign performance.
• Analytical thinker who can explain why an ad is working or underperforming.
• Comfortable developing, testing, and iterating creative ideas.
• Clear communicator who can turn insights into actionable feedback.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tests.
• Strong plus: experience with DTC/e-commerce brands and cross-functional creative teams across markets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize Meta campaigns across assigned markets.
• Monitor campaign and creative performance and identify what is working and what isn’t.
• Analyze winning and losing ads to understand why they perform differently.
• Develop new creative ideas, angles, hooks, messaging, and improvements.
• Turn findings into briefs for video editors and graphic designers.
• Test different creative concepts, offers, messages, and landing pages.
• Conduct market and competitor research to find new opportunities.
• Ensure ad and landing page tell a consistent story.
• Review test results and decide what to scale, stop, or test next.
• Keep track of experiments and learnings for future improvements.
• Collaborate with team to move ideas from insight to test to learning.
• Own your work and raise problems, opportunities, and ideas proactively.
