STERRY Limited is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to join the growth marketing team remotely. You will manage campaigns across multiple international markets, translate performance data into creative ideas, and collaborate with video, design, and landing page teams to test and optimize ads.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Meta ad campaign experience.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads metrics and campaign performance.
• Analytical thinker who can explain why an ad is working or underperforming.
• Comfortable developing, testing, and iterating creative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta campaigns across assigned markets.
• Monitor campaign and creative performance and identify what is working and what isn’t.
• Analyze winning and losing ads to understand why they perform differently.
• Turn findings into briefs for video editors and designers.
• Test different creative concepts, offers, messages, and landing pages.
• Conduct market and competitor research to find new opportunities.
