Job summary

Rand Engineering & Architecture, LLC is seeking a Project Associate or Project Engineer for their Facade & Roofing department. Ideal candidates will manage façade/roofing projects from proposal through acceptance and must possess strong communication and project management skills.

The position requires a 4-Year degree in Architecture or Engineering and 2-5 years experience. Candidates should have expertise in building exterior envelopes and a commitment to project excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in designing and administering exterior repair/roofing projects.
• Strong interest in building exterior envelope, weatherproofing, and roofing projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administrative and technical management support on façade/roofing opportunities.
• Examine building exterior envelopes and develop work scopes.
• Prepare construction documents and details for compliance with requirements.
