Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in the architectural and engineering consulting industry.
• Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license required.
• OSHA-10 Certification; valid United States Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project kick-off and closeout meetings.
• Verify schedules and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections and document existing conditions.
• Prepare correspondence with clients and contractors.
• Generate comprehensive field reports detailing observations and findings.

Skills

Proficient written and verbal communication abilities

Strong project management skills

Attention to detail

Knowledge of building codes

Familiarity with AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Revit

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering or Architecture
