Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of facade inspection and restoration project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of NYC FISP Local Law 11 and building envelopes.

Responsibilities

• Manage facade inspection and restoration projects from inception through completion.
• Lead FISP inspections and coordinate field investigations.
• Prepare and review facade inspection reports, repair recommendations, and filing docs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Oversee construction administration activities including site visits and RFIs.
• Review shop drawings and contractor documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB regulations and FISP requirements.
