R & R Window Contractors seeks a motivated Facade & Panel Project Engineer/Manager with 5+ years in commercial construction and experience in facade systems, detailing, engineering, or project management.

You will oversee quality, schedule, budget, critical issues, deadlines, and safety goals of assigned facade and panel projects, coordinating with drafting, production, field operations, contracts, and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in commercial construction preferred.
• Experience with facade systems and detailing is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality, schedule, budget, deadlines and safety goals for facade and panel projects.
• Coordinate with drafting, production, field operations, contracts and accounting.
• Maintain strong communication with architects, owners, vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee project turnover documents and project closeout.
