Job summary

Hatfield Group Engineering in NYC seeks an experienced Building Facades and Envelope engineer (5–8 years). You will design curtain wall, window wall, rain screen and masonry systems, perform calculations, size facade assemblies, and coordinate with clients and architects.

Requirements include a 4-year engineering or architecture degree, FE/RA/PE a plus, Revit and MS Office proficiency. Competitive salary range and upward growth on a dynamic, design‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working on Facades.
• 4-year degree in Engineering or Architecture; Master’s degree a plus.
• FE, RA or PE a plus.
• Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• An appreciation of good design and enthusiasm for sustainable design.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites for observations and inspections.
• Coordinate with team during design and construction.
• Manage the preparation of drawing sets for issue for construction.
• Coordinate with the internal team to support your projects.
