• Physical ability to work at heights using scaffolding or other equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of building structures and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Installer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Facade Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior cladding systems on buildings and other structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain various types of facade systems, including glass, metal, stone, and composite materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements
• Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
• Properly secure materials using adhesives, anchors, or mechanical fasteners
• Seal joints and seams using waterproofing techniques to prevent leaks

• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices while on site
