Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina for working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Install new facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications.
• Repair damaged or malfunctioning facades using appropriate techniques and tools.
• Maintain regular upkeep of existing facades by cleaning painting or applying protective coatings.
• Inspect facades for potential issues or hazards and report findings to supervisors or clients.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects engineers or contractors on facade projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols while working at heights or with heavy machinery.
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in facade technology.
