We are a leading company in the construction industry specializing in facades. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Los Angeles.

As a Facade Technician you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain building facades according to project specifications
• Conduct regular inspections and repairs of existing facades
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or maintenance
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with design plans
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with building facades
• Knowledge of facade materials including glass, metal and stone
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Fluent in English verbal and written
