Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in facade installation preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade installation or related field.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Basic mathematical skills for measuring and cutting materials.
• Physical ability to work at heights using scaffolding or other equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of building structures and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain facade systems including glass, metal, stone, and composite materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications.
• Secure materials using adhesives, anchors, or mechanical fasteners.
• Seal joints and seams using waterproofing techniques to prevent leaks.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices on site.
