Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Dallas, TX, seeks an Architectural Facade Design Manager to lead specification efforts with architects, designers, developers, and contractors across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. This visible role focuses on securing basis-of-design specifications and building a robust project pipeline.

You will leverage technical knowledge and regional relationships to drive opportunities from concept to completion, travel ~30%, and partner with cross-functional teams to win

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, architectural sales, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of the glass and glazing industry.
• Established relationships in the Dallas architectural/design community.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Secure OBE products as the basis of design on architectural projects throughout the region.
• Track project opportunities, specifications, and activity within the OBE CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Architectural Specialists, Marketing, Strategic Sales, and Distribution Sales teams to drive project specifications and wins.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of projects and industry relationships that lead to sales growth.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout the design and development process.
• Conduct strategic customer visits, presentations, and appointments with architects, designers, developers, consultants, owners, and general contractors.
• Promote OBE and CRL products, systems, and technical solutions to key decision-makers.
• Build and strengthen relationships within the regional architectural and design community.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and provide technical recommendations to customers.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed (approximately 30%).
