Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Manager, Architecture - Facades & Branding in New Jersey to drive exterior design across new stores and relocations. You will supervise projects, coordinate with partners, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding documentation for permits and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent combination.
• 5-7 years of experience on commercial architecture projects.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team.
• Strong architectural visualization skills and software proficiency.
• Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD or similar rendering tools.
• Smartsheet experience and familiarity with Lucernex preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to work both as a team player and independently.
• Preparation of construction documents and site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead exterior façade design and branding efforts across store programs.
• Produce architectural renderings and façade finish documentation.
• Ensure compliance with signage codes, landlord guidelines and local regulations.
• Coordinate with planning departments, brokers, and landlords to gather required documents.
• Manage multiple projects within real estate timelines and budgets.
• Document processes and maintain Lucernex project records and folders.
• Provide leadership, training, and development for direct reports.
