Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Construction to lead enterprise-level construction activities supporting growth, new store openings, and operational excellence. You will own CPM schedules, mentor leaders, and ensure cost, schedule, quality, and risk management across projects.

The role partners with Real Estate, Legal, Store Planning and IT, guiding cross-functional teams toward timely decisions and consistently high standards. Remote work within the United States is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site retail or commercial construction programs.
• Experience in program and scheduling management, leading multidisciplinary teams, delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level leadership over construction activities aligned with company growth, new store development, and operational excellence.
• Coach and mentor Directors and Project Managers to deliver on-time, on-budget openings; govern CPM timelines and schedules.
• Partner with Real Estate, Legal, Store Planning, IT, AP, Facilities and Operations to remove roadblocks and drive timely decision-making.
