Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Manager, Architecture – Facades & Branding to lead exterior design across new stores and relocations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Role emphasizes design excellence, documentation, permitting, and strong communication. You will travel to sites as needed and guide the architecture team through multiple store projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent plus drafting/design experience is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience on commercial architecture projects.
• 2–3 years of experience managing a team.
• Strong architectural visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD and rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Exterior façade design, renderings and signage concepts.
• Ensure compliance with landlord, signage codes and local regulations.
• Coordinate site conditions, permits and approvals with authorities.
• Lead multiple projects, tracking timelines and budgets.
• Mentor and develop team members in PM, design, and communication.
