Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Architecture - Facades & Branding in New Jersey to lead exterior façade design across store openings and relocations.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, evaluate site conditions and regulatory requirements, and prepare permit documentation. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent with drafting/design experience preferred.
5-7 years of experience on commercial architecture projects.
2-3 years of experience managing a team.
Strong architectural visualization skillset and rendering software proficiency.
Proficiency with Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD and related tools.

Responsibilities

Produce architectural renderings of façade elevations and façade finish documentation.
Develop signage design compliant with landlord and code requirements.
Manage multiple real estate projects to meet lease and construction timelines.
Lead, coach, and develop team members; coordinate with internal/external partners.
Prepare construction documents and support project documentation.
