Job summary

Tower Holdings Group, a New York-based developer and façade specialist, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to grow Alubuild's book of work in the New York region and beyond.

You will build relationships with owners, developers, architects, façade consultants and general contractors, target revenue growth, and provide market insights to leadership. National travel is required; schedule Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction sales or business development experience within the industry, strongly preferred.
• Market knowledge and established relationships with key decision makers within the industry, strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, sales and account management, with a profitable book of work in real estate development.
• Ability to develop local markets and cultivate new and existing client contacts.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of aluminum-and-glass curtain wall, window and unitized/panelized façade systems, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify key decision makers and build trusted relationships with owners, developers, architects, façade consultants, and general contractors to grow brand preference and awareness
• Grow business through a relationship-based approach
• Evaluate client needs and market drivers so the business can act promptly
• Liaise with manufacturing, planning and quality teams, and organize online meetings between clients and the company as needed
• Give ownership and senior management regular insight on market trends, product requirements and the competition
• Network across the industry to launch and promote the Alubuild brand
• Achieve annual revenue targets
