Job summary

Melone Architects is looking for a Facade / Building Envelope Inspector with 3–5 years of experience in the NYC market. In this role, you'll assist with field inspections and prepare compliance reports for the Façade Inspection & Safety Program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct experience in NYC building envelope inspection.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent strong field experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and reviewing.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff with physical and visual facade examinations.
• Draft technical FISP compliance reports.
• Document and map exterior building deterioration.
• Observe ongoing exterior restoration and waterproofing projects.
