Job summary

M&J Engineering P.C. is seeking two Inspectors to conduct façade and building inspections in NYC. The role involves extensive field work, documenting conditions, and coordinating with architects and contractors.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering with three years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing inspection activities and preparing detailed reports as per guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in facade design, construction, or inspection.
• Experience working under direct supervision of a DOB qualified QEWI.
• Experience performing critical visual and close-up inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of survey field crew.
• Conduct visual inspections and take detailed notes and photographs.
• Prepare reports according to NYCDOB guidelines.
