Job Title: Fabricator

OpSource has partnered with Renfrow Industrial, an industrial construction company located in Spartanburg, SC.

Pay for the position:

• $28.00-$33.00 / Hour - Depending on Experience

Shifts for the position:

• 1st

Job responsibilities may include:

• Checking measurements and dimensions of each piece using rulers, measuring tapes, or squares.
• Placing components in their proper positions according to blueprints, using tools such as hammers, pry bars, jacks, or wedges.
• Marking cut spots and manipulating materials like steel or plastic through cutting, hammering, bending, or grinding.
• Heating materials with furnaces or hand torches for bending or shaping.
• Reviewing blueprints and specifications before and during fabrication to ensure accuracy.
• Operating fabrication machines such as grinders, drill presses, brakes, rolls, shears, and flame cutters.
• Creating templates for repetitive tasks to maintain quality standards.
