Job Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication tools such as plasma cutters, stud guns, and welders.
• Use overhead cranes and forklifts safely and effectively.
• Perform various welding techniques including flux core, stick welding, vertical up welding, overhead welding, out-of-position, and arc gouging.
• Maintain internal quality standards and ensure safety compliance.
• Complete daily and weekly production targets.
• Address complex issues like unusual nameplates and testing challenges.
• Support monthly operational goals.
• Straighten sheet metal and perform plasma cutting.
• Fit parts and carry out repair work as needed.
