Job Summary

The Welder will perform duties according to OneH2 work instructions, quality assurance procedures, and assembly drawings. In-process inspections will be conducted before completing welding operations. Materials: 50% Low Carbon Steel & 50% Stainless Steel.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Fabricate materials from blueprints or hand drawings using raw materials.
• Perform MIG/TIG welding on Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Cold Rolled Steel for tubing and sheet metal.
• Notify Lead, Supervisor, or Management of production or quality issues.
• Complete assignments timely to meet production schedules.
• Set up pre-fitted parts for welding using hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures.
• Ensure all welding is performed and documented in compliance with quality policies.
• Maintain traceability by completing required documentation.
• Clean and maintain welding equipment.
• Follow safety practices and report unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions.
• Log inventory items and perform measurements for inspection reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
