Superior Industries Inc. is seeking a skilled Fabricator for our Morris, MN night shift. You will fabricate parts, interpret blueprints, and maintain precise tolerances while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

The role supports our production line and requires reliability and teamwork. The position offers a night schedule from 4:30pm to 3:00am, with a starting pay range of $19-$24 per hour plus a $3 shift differential.

Formación

• Read blueprint drawings with accuracy and interpret dimension styles.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and precision.
• Able to follow procedures and read tape measures (1/8, 1/16, 1/32) with conversions to decimals.

we’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Fabricator to join our night shift team. This role involves fabricating parts and carrying out various tasks to support our production process. If you have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and relevant experience.

Location

319 E Hwy 28 Morris, MN 56267

Night Shift

4:30pm - 3:00am Monday through Thursday

Compensation

The starting pay range for this position is $19-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location. Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

Key Responsibilities

• A Fabricator is responsible for completing the following duties:
• Read and interpret detailed blueprint drawings and dimension styles.
• Fabricate parts with precise tolerances.
• Update paperwork and reflect any changes accurately
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes, including acquiring and maintaining training certificates.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to read blueprints with attention to detail.
• Proficient in reading 1/8\", 1/16\", and 1/32\" gradations on a tape measure, converting feet to inches, and converting fractions to decimals.
