Harco Fittings is seeking a Fuse Technician for the Stevensville, MT facility on a swing shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM). The role focuses on inspection, troubleshooting and bonding of materials using heat and pressure to meet order specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic reading/writing in English, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus, and safety is emphasized throughout the shift.

• Must be 18 years or older with ability to read, write and speak English.
• Construction and forklift experience is a plus.

This role is based in our facility in Stevensville, MT and reports to the Production Supervisor. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 3pm to 11.30pm . The starting rate will be $21.71+6% for swing shift.**Job Summary**We are seeking an energetic individual who will be responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and overhaul of mechanical systems used in production.
