Job summary

IPEX is seeking energetic individuals to operate and troubleshoot fabricating machines in a safety- and quality-driven environment. The role emphasizes learning, continuous improvement, and adhering to health & safety practices while contributing to multiple production lines.

Facilities operate in a manufacturing setting with a focus on efficiency, training provided, and opportunities to grow within JoSHC initiatives; a strong eye for detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of health & safety practices.
• Ability to understand various types and sizes of pipes after training.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot fabricating machines (training provided)
• Prepare molds and machines for all lines
• Lift and move large, heavy diameter saws
• Identify material problems and ensure quality standards
• Accurately set process parameters
• Remove scrap materials and maintain orderly storage
• Perform housekeeping around machines and work areas
• Inspect and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Support Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) efforts
• Perform other tasks as needed

• Pay: $21.03 per hour + a $1.25/hr. Shift Premium




• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
