Job summary

Lightweight Manufacturing, a Seaman Corporation Company, is hiring for a Full-Time Production Team Member on the second shift. Location is on-site in PA, with a 40-hour workweek and 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. schedule.

Training will be provided, and candidates must be 18+, with a HS diploma and legal right to work in the United States. Responsibilities include assisting experienced operators, handling materials, learning blueprint reading, and safely supporting RF equipment operation as skills grow.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Eligible to work in the United States (we are an E‑Verify participant).
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Basic knowledge of measurements (Metric system a plus).
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the production process alongside experienced machine operators.
• Handle and prepare materials (moving, cutting, inspecting, packing).
• Support machine operation and workflow; read blueprints and operate RF equipment as skills grow.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures.

Now Hiring: Full-Time Production Team Members (Second Shift)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. (40 hrs/week; hours may vary)

Location: On‑site manufacturing role

What You’ll Do

New team members will work alongside experienced machine operators to learn all aspects of the production process, including:

• Maintaining a safe work environment by following all established safety procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• HS Diploma/GED required

What We Offer
