Simpson Strong-Tie in Columbus, OH is seeking a Fabricator to bend, seat, flange and top flange material per work orders and drawings. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs Mon–Thu, 2:30pm–1:00am, with overtime as needed and a $2.00 shift differential.
You will operate a press brake and other fabrication equipment, inspect parts to drawings using calipers and micrometers, and keep a clean, safe workspace. Requires High School Diploma/GED and 3 years related experience; relocation not offered.

As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for bending, seating, flanging and top flanging material according to work order and production drawing specifications in such a manner as to achieve safety, quality, efficiency and lean production goals. Willingness to learn and operate other manual fabrication operations such as shear, weld, punch press, paint, and CNC required. This is a full-time, 2nd shift position. The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00am, with overtime as needed. This shift is eligible for a $2.00 shift differential.
