This position will follow the first shift schedule, Monday – Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:30am. Overtime, including additional days, may be required based upon business need. You will receive a $2.00 shift differnetial for every hour worked.**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**(% of Time)Operate automatic stamping presses as needed to support department and company goals. Use powered hand tools to make adjustments to equipment as necessary. (70%)Communicate with department leadership regarding issues and improvements. Assist other associates with press set-ups and changeovers. (10%)Perform quality inspections to blueprints and specifications using provided precision measuring tools and maintain a clean work environment to meet 6S standards. (10%)Count, package and palletize finished product in accordance with work orders. Ensure auxiliary equipment is operating to standard.
