TIPCO Technology is seeking a Fabrication Associate in Phoenix, AZ. You will assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplings, while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting warehouse operations.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; physical requirements include lifting up to 50–80 lbs and standing for extended periods. Day-to-day duties emphasize safety and quality in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Hose Assembly: assemble hoses, fittings, and couplings for various industries.
• Customer Engagement: process orders accurately and ensure on-time delivery.
• Warehouse Operations: manage parts pulling and inventory to keep operations smooth.
• Focus on Safety & Quality: maintain a clean, safe workspace and meet quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks) if certified.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Fabrication Associate at TIPCO Technologies and Alternative Hose is responsible for assembling hoses, fittings, and couplings from various industries, while maintaining outstanding customer service and team collaboration. The Fabrication associate will also assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Hose Assembly: Be a key part of our operation by assembling hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplings that serve various industries.
• Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers to ensure their orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Warehouse Operations: From parts pulling to managing inventory, you’ll keep things running smoothly in our fast-paced warehouse.
• Focus on Safety & Quality: Help maintain a clean, safe workspace while ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Other duties as assigned
