Job summary

TIPCO Technology in Las Vegas is seeking a Fabrication Associate to assemble hoses, fittings, and couplings while delivering strong customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping tasks, with emphasis on safety and quality operations, and you may operate forklifts or pallet jacks if certified; the role requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The duties involve sitting/standing, talking or hearing, and occasional handling of up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Hose Assembly: assembling hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplings for various industries.
• Customer Engagement: ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Warehouse Operations: parts pulling, inventory management, and smooth operations in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Focus on Safety & Quality: maintain a clean, safe workspace and ensure product quality.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned

The Fabrication Associate at TIPCO Technologies and Alternative Hose is responsible for assembling hoses, fittings, and couplings from various industries, while maintaining outstanding customer service and team collaboration. The Fabrication associate will also assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Hose Assembly: Be a key part of our operation by assembling hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplings that serve various industries.
• Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers to ensure their orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Warehouse Operations: From parts pulling to managing inventory, you’ll keep things running smoothly in our fast-paced warehouse.
• Focus on Safety & Quality: Help maintain a clean, safe workspace while ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Other duties as assigned
