Job summary

Alternative Hose in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Fabrication Associate to assemble hoses, fittings, and couplings while delivering outstanding customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping with attention to safety and quality; prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred. The role offers $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Hose Assembly: assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplings.
• Customer Engagement: interact with customers to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Warehouse Operations: perform parts pulling, inventory management, packing and shipping.
• Focus on Safety & Quality: maintain clean, safe workspace and ensure product quality.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.

The Fabrication Associate at TIPCO Technologies and Alternative Hose is responsible for assembling hoses, fittings, and couplings from various industries, while maintaining outstanding customer service and team collaboration. The Fabrication associate will also assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Hose Assembly: Be a key part of our operation by assembling hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplings that serve various industries.
• Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers to ensure their orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Warehouse Operations: From parts pulling to managing inventory, you’ll keep things running smoothly in our fast-paced warehouse.
• Focus on Safety & Quality: Help maintain a clean, safe workspace while ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
