Job summary

TIPCO Technologies in Eugene, OR is seeking a Shipping and Receiving professional to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, enter inventory, and support order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior shipping experience, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and the ability to work independently or with a team while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Familiarity with shipping software and logistics coordination is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and invoices.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to required standards.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely if applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Other duties as assigned
