Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Experience or training in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment.
• Medically certified to wear a respirator if required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Job Description

As a Fabricator, you will operate band saws and other specialized equipment to custom-fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other insulation materials. The role requires reliability, safety focus, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Length of Service Award Payment range: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour. Variable compensation may also be available.
