Job summary

Distribution International in Michigan is seeking a dependable Fabricator to operate band saws and other equipment to custom fabricate foam insulation products. You will measure materials, maintain quality and safety standards, and help keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to obtain respirator certification if required.
• Experience in manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate band saw and other fabrication equipment.
• Accurately measure materials for production.
• Maintain quality and housekeeping in a fast-paced setting.
• Ensure production levels are met daily and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
