Job summary

Westmor Industries, Inc. is seeking a Fabricator in Morris, MN to read blueprints, measure and assemble metal parts, and operate fabrication equipment. You will collaborate with production and quality teams to meet schedules while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, with final compensation based on skills and location. Regular hours Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, and a 401K with

• Read and interpret blueprints/drawings/work orders.
• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components.
• Operate fabrication equipment (saws, presses, brakes, lasers).
• Inspect parts for quality, dimensions, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production/quality teams to meet schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and safety standards
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong dependability

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read tape measure increments of 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32"
• Ability to convert fractions to decimals
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour.
• Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
