Job summary

Westmor Industries is seeking a dedicated Laser Operator in Morris, MN. You will operate laser equipment, perform routine maintenance, and ensure production quality while complying with safety regulations.

The role requires basic math and mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Competitive hourly pay and solid benefits are provided, with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

A Laser Operator is responsible for completing the following:

• Operate equipment in the production of Westmor Industries products safely, following all regulations and procedures.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Utilize basic math skills and a standard 20' tape measure.
• Communicate major repair needs to the maintenance department.
• Ensure job orders are completed on schedule and production meets quality standards.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Shift

6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
