Responsibilities

• Hose Assembly: assembling hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplings.
• Customer Engagement: interact with customers to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Warehouse Operations: parts pulling, inventory management, and shipping.
• Safety & Quality: maintain a clean, safe workspace and high-quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

The Fabrication Associate at TIPCO Technologies and Alternative Hose is responsible for assembling hoses, fittings, and couplings from various industries, while maintaining outstanding customer service and team collaboration. The Fabrication associate will also assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Hose Assembly: Be a key part of our operation by assembling hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplings that serve various industries.
• Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers to ensure their orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Warehouse Operations: From parts pulling to managing inventory, you’ll keep things running smoothly in our fast-paced warehouse.
• Focus on Safety & Quality: Help maintain a clean, safe workspace while ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Other duties as assigned
