Job summary

Alternative Hose is seeking a Fabrication Associate to assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplings and to provide outstanding customer service. You will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a collaborative team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Moderate noise level in the work environment.

Responsibilities

Hose Assembly: Be a key part of our operation by assembling hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplings that serve various industries.
Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers to ensure their orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Warehouse Operations: From parts pulling to managing inventory, you’ll keep things running smoothly in our fast-paced warehouse.
Focus on Safety & Quality: Help maintain a clean, safe workspace while ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Other duties as assigned
