Job summary

Alpha 1 Induction Service Center, Inc. is seeking a hands-on assembler to read blueprints, verify dimensions, and operate tools and equipment safely in a manufacturing environment. You will assemble, rebuild, and repair heating and forging coils while following supervisor instructions and completing required paperwork.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot, and strict adherence to safety and company policies. Ohio-based, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints to verify parts dimensionally before and after assembly.
• Knowledge and use of tape measure, calipers, depth gauges and shop gauges.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience operating standard power and hand tools safely.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment such as band saws, drill press, torch and sand blaster.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and adjust when necessary
• Adhere to all plant safety rules and regulations, all policies and procedures, and complete all daily paperwork and attend all meetings

• Ability to read blueprints to verify parts dimensionally before and after assembly
• Ability to read, have knowledge of use and application of tape measure, calipers, depth gauges and various shop gauges
• Strong communication skills either orally and written
• Experienced in safe operation of standard power and hand tools
• Ability to operate the following industrial equipment - band saws, drill press, torch, sand blaster
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Applications must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis to be considered for this position
