SMS group Inc. in Shelby Township, MI is hiring a Coil Fabricator-Forge Induction to learn heat induction forge coil repair. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and overtime including Saturdays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with induction heating, brazing, welding, and soldering is helpful.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and follow instructions.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment (calipers).
• Knowledge of manufacturing/machinist tools and instruments.
• Willingness to break down coils and learn coating/painting/nylon dipping.
• Must follow safety protocols and work overtime including Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Learn heat induction forge coil repair using specified skills.
• Break down coils and learn coil coating, painting and nylon dipping.
• Fill out paperwork for assigned work tasks.
• Operate Hi-lo/forklifts.
• Provide coverage and support on all operations as requested by supervisor.

Summary

The Forge Induction Coil Fabricator will learn heat induction forge coil repair using the following skills:

• Induction heating experience a plus
• Knowledge of brazing, welding, and soldering helpful.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment, calipers.
• Experience with reading and following instructions from CAD drawings.
• Knowledge or experience with manufacturing, machinist tools, measuring instruments.
• Able to breakdown coils, along with learning coil coating process, painting and nylon dipping.
• Fill out paperwork associated with assigned work tasks.
• Ability to use Hi-lo/forklifts.
• Performs other duties, provides support and coverage on all operations as requested by supervisor.
