Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler/Laborer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and/or electrical components, operating production equipment, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, enjoys hands‑on work, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct occasional shop primer painting on standard products.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S and safety practices.
  • Record production data, including quantities, scrap, and cycle times, as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training activities.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, or schematics.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience with mechanical or electrical assembly.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
