Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Wear PPE and report unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Exercise stop-work authority when work cannot be performed safely.
  • Report all incidents and accidents promptly.
  • Assist with welding and fabrication tasks using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret basic prints and drawings as needed.
  • Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in proper working condition.
  • Assist with dismantling metal assemblies and cutting materials using thermal-cutting equipment (torch or plasma).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Climb ladders and work on scaffolding as required.
  • Complete all required safety and job training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or lead personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and report unsafe conditions immediately
  • Exercise stop-work authority when work cannot be performed safely

  • Assist with welding and fabrication tasks using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment

  • Industrial/shop environment with exposure to welding equipment, machinery, and varying temperatures
