Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Knowledge of metal grades, thicknesses, sizes, and basic welding/cutting processes.
• Preferred ability to review and understand material lists and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pull correct materials from list and/or drawings.
• Operate manufacturing equipment (burning table, contour machine, rotator, SUB Arc, Flux Core, plasma machine).
• Weld and cut carbon steel components using MIG, FCAW, and other processes.
• Monitor fitting, burning, and welding to avoid overheating, warping, or distortion.
• Load/unload materials by hand; move materials with hand truck or forklift as applicable.
• Ensure safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
