Job Ad: Fabrication Welder

Position: Fabrication Welder
Pay Rate: $20-25 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
Location: Knoxville, TN

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Stick, TIG, and MIG welding. As a Fabrication Welder, you will be responsible for welding various materials and fabricating components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform Stick, TIG, and MIG welding.
2. Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components based on blueprints and instructions.
3. Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards.
4. Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Stick, TIG, and MIG welding.
2. Ability to perform a weld test covering Stick, TIG, and MIG welding (must be able to demonstrate proficiency in all three methods, though passing the test in all three is not required).
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
