Job summary

Evolve Steel, located in Emmett, MI, is seeking a skilled Welder to join our fabrication shop team. The ideal candidate will weld and fabricate metal components according to drawings and specifications, with opportunities for growth in a team-driven environment.

You will read blueprints, prepare parts, and operate shop equipment safely, contributing to quality and on-time project completion. CDL/certifications are a plus, overtime is available, and health insurance options may be offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick processes.

• Cut, fit, and assemble metal components.
• Operate shop equipment safely (grinders, saws, presses, etc.).
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our fabrication shop team. The ideal candidate will have experience welding and fabricating metal components according to drawings and specifications. This position offers steady work, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick processes
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  
• Cut, fit, and assemble metal components
  
• Operate shop equipment safely (grinders, saws, presses, etc.)

Requirements
