Job summary

Evolve Steel in Emmett, ID is seeking a skilled Welder to join our fabrication shop. You will weld and fabricate metal components to drawings and specifications, contributing to steady work and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Cut, fit, and assemble metal components.
• Operate shop equipment safely (grinders, saws, presses, etc.).
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed.
