DAC Worldwide LLC in Swedesboro, NJ seeks a hands-on leader for the Fabrication & Assembly Value Stream. You will guide 11 technicians, optimize daily operations, and drive Lean improvements while aligning with Purchasing and Engineering on materials and build documentation.

The role demands a strong background in metal fabrication, GD&T, and ERP tooling, with 5+ years of leadership and a proven track record in safety, quality, and cost control. On-site, day shift, comprehensive benefits await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams in metal fabrication and assembly.
• Fluency with GD&T and manufacturing drawings.
• Hands-on machining, welding, and finishing experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma and ISO exposure in manufacturing.
• ERP systems and production planning proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and develop a production team of 11 technicians.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations and resources.
• Create and manage schedules to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
• Serve as technical go-to for machining, welding, assembly, finishing.
• Promote safe, cost-conscious, high-quality manufacturing practices.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma process improvements to speed throughput.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering on material flow and build docs.
