DAC Worldwide in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Production Manager to lead our 11-person Fabrication and Assembly Technicians team. This hands-on role focuses on driving efficiency and delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

You will hire and mentor staff, plan daily production, develop schedules, and coordinate with purchasing and engineering to ensure timely material flow. A strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of Fabrication and Assembly leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ISO standards.
• Experience with production planning, inventory, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Act as a technical resource for product production.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
• Streamline operations and improve efficiency through process improvement.
• Coordinate with purchasing and engineering departments for material flow.
